Mixed Use Development in Downtown Toronto
At OPK Services, we look towards achieving one thing to determine the success of the project, and that is happy clients. This project in Downtown Toronto is one of the projects we are extremely proud of. Throughout the journey, we provided multiple services for optimal efficiency and some of tasks performed included:
- Creating a Fire Protection model
- Performing 3D coordination between all the disciplines
- Identifying potential clashes and providing resolution for the same
- Performing virtual mock-up of the residential units related to M & E services
